• What is your return policy?
  Made-to-order gowns and DiscountDressShop dresses are final sale - no returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit - because each one is cut and sewn specifically for your order. All other items follow their vendor's return policy. If anything arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 18 hours of delivery and we will make it right. • How long does shipping take?
  Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, then typically arrive within 7-15 business days. Made-to-order gowns require additional production time, which is noted on the product page. US standard shipping is $5.95, and free on orders over $100.
• Do you offer custom sizing?
  Yes. Our made-to-order gowns can be produced to your own bust, waist, hip, and hollow-to-hem measurements. Choose the custom size option on the product page and we will follow up for your measurements. We do not provide in-house alterations, so we recommend a trusted local seamstress for any final fitting.
• How do I choose the right size?
  Every product page includes a USA measurement chart in inches. Measure your bust, waist, and hips, then select the size that matches your largest measurement - a gown is far easier to take in than to let out. Our Size Guide page walks you through how to measure.
