All other items follow their vendor's return policy. If anything arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 18 hours of delivery and we will make it right. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, then typically arrive within 7-15 business days. Made-to-order gowns require additional production time, which is noted on the product page. US standard shipping is $5.95, and free on orders over $100.

Yes. Our made-to-order gowns can be produced to your own bust, waist, hip, and hollow-to-hem measurements. Choose the custom size option on the product page and we will follow up for your measurements. We do not provide in-house alterations, so we recommend a trusted local seamstress for any final fitting.
