All other items follow their vendor's return policy. If anything arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 18 hours of delivery and we will make it right.   • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, then typically arrive within 7-15 business days. Made-to-order gowns require additional production time, which is noted on the product page. US standard shipping is $5.95, and free on orders over $100.
  • Yes. Our made-to-order gowns can be produced to your own bust, waist, hip, and hollow-to-hem measurements. Choose the custom size option on the product page and we will follow up for your measurements. We do not provide in-house alterations, so we recommend a trusted local seamstress for any final fitting.
  • Every product page includes a USA measurement chart in inches. Measure your bust, waist, and hips, then select the size that matches your largest measurement - a gown is far easier to take in than to let out. Our Size Guide page walks you through how to measure.
