Getting your gown to you

We know the countdown to your wedding is precious. Here's exactly what to expect once you place your order.

Processing time

In-stock gowns and accessories are prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Made-to-order and custom-sized gowns are created especially for you and need additional production time; your estimated timeline will be confirmed when you order. If you're working toward a specific date, please email us at Hello@luzillybridal.shop before purchasing and we'll make sure it can arrive in time.

Delivery time

After dispatch, orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on your location. Delivery windows are estimates and can vary during busy periods and holidays.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination, so you'll always see the cost before you pay.

Where we ship

We ship across the United States and to many international destinations. If you don't see your country at checkout, email us and we'll do our best to help.

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey right to your door.
