About Us
Luzilly Bridal & Apparel is an independent, family-run online bridal boutique. We curate wedding gowns, bridesmaid and mother-of-the-bride dresses, veils, shoes, and accessories from established bridal designers and specialty makers, and we bring them together in one place so you can dress an entire wedding party without driving to six different stores.
Why we started Luzilly
After more than thirty years in retail management and ten years of service in the United States Air Force, our founder kept hearing the same frustration from brides: beautiful gowns were either an hour's drive away, priced far beyond reason, or only available in a narrow band of standard sizes. Luzilly was built to fix that. We are a veteran-owned business, and we run this store the way we would want to be treated as customers — straight answers, honest timelines, and no fine print designed to trip you up.
What we carry
Our catalog spans the whole wedding, not just the bride. You will find A-line, ball gown, mermaid, sheath, and tea-length wedding dresses; colored and non-traditional bridal gowns; bridesmaid and guest attire; mother-of-the-bride formalwear; flower girl dresses; suits and tuxedos for the groom and groomsmen; and the accessories that finish a look — veils, headpieces and tiaras, jewelry, gloves, garters, petticoats, bridal shoes, and evening clutches.
Custom sizing and fit
Many of our gowns are made to order, which means they can be produced to your own bust, waist, hip, and hollow-to-hem measurements rather than forcing you into the nearest standard size. Every product page carries a USA measurement chart in inches so you can choose with confidence, and our Size Guide walks through exactly how to measure. We do not offer in-house alterations, so we recommend working with a trusted local seamstress for the final fitting.
How we handle orders
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 7–15 business days, with made-to-order gowns requiring additional production time noted on the product page. Because made-to-order gowns are cut and sewn specifically for you, they are final sale — we say that clearly up front rather than burying it. Everything else follows its vendor's return policy, and anything that arrives damaged or defective is our problem to fix. The full terms are on our Returns & Exchanges page.
