How do I choose the right size?

Take your bust, waist, and hip measurements and compare them to the chart on our Size Guide. Always check the measurements listed on the individual gown, as bridal styles can run small. Between sizes? Size up — it's easier to take a gown in than to let it out.

Do you offer custom sizing?

Many of our gowns offer a custom-size option. Where available, select it on the product page, or email us at Hello@luzillybridal.shop with your measurements and we'll help. Please note that custom and made-to-order gowns are final sale.

Fabrics vary by style — satin, tulle, lace, and more. You'll find the specific fabric, neckline, train, and other details listed on each product page.

How do I care for my gown?

We recommend professional dry cleaning only. Store your gown on a padded hanger or in a breathable garment bag to keep it pristine until your big day.

Our flagship bundle pairs the Celeste gown with a matching crystal shoe-and-bag set at 10% off. Choose your dress size and shoe size, and we'll send the complete look together — the discount is applied automatically at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

In-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days and typically arrive within 7–15 business days. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.

What is your return policy?

Final sale applies to all made-to-order dresses and all DiscountDressShop gowns and dresses — no returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit for these. Everything else (veils, bouquets, bridal heels, lingerie, jewelry, and other stock accessories) follows that item's own vendor return policy. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 18 hours of delivery and we'll make it right. Full details are on our Returns & Exchanges page.
